Photo Essay: My Life in GLPS

Hello everybody~~  My name is Youn seo Lee. 

Today I want to write a photo essay with a title 'My life in GLPS'.

I will introduce you guys 7 pictures about my life in GLPS!!

I hope you guys enjoy my photos and have a good day!

Then, why don't we move on to our first picture?!

First picture is a picture of one man. Guess who is he!! I think you guys all know who is he. Yes! He is our class progrem assistant in GLPS. His name is Seung in Yu. He is in the gym right now. This is dance party day!! There were lots of fun things in this day. There were lots and lots of performances like ' No No No' and ' 대박사건'. Among these fun and exciting performances my favorite performance was '보고싶다'. Our PA didn't do any performance so I was quiet sad.^^ Also, can you see the coat our PA is wearing? He doesn't have only one. He have lots of them!! Do you see a small man behind our PA?? I hope you can see it~! He is broadcast PA in GLPS. He is graduating KMLA in this February. He didn't choose what university to go yet. Even do he is 16th KMLA, he is one year older than other 16th KMLA students because he went to American school in China. Lastly, he is very kind and I like him because he always smile.^@^

Now, I will go to my second picture! This is a picture of one of my best meal in GLPS. In this picture, we can see pear, rice, sundae, roast chicken, and water. This was one of my best meal because I think these foods balance well. But, if I pick my best one among these delicious foods, I would like to pick roast chicken. This is my favorite one because it wasn't just roast chicken it was teriyaki roast chicken. I normally don't really like teriyaki but this one wasn't not very sweat but delicious. Also, pear is one of my favorite fruits because it is very chewy and sweat. So I picked these foods as my favorite meal.

This is my third picture in my photo essay^^. This is the picture of two buildings in KMLA. The building in left side is 충무 building. And the building in the right side is 다산 building. 다산 building's most good thing is that the bathroom is really clean. However, I like 충무 building more because there is library in 충무 building and it is close to gym than 다산 building. In 충무 building, I have history presentation class(teacher Andrew Gorski, TA 심소호). I like to search about the facts but I don't really like to present my presentation. But, I really like our TA because she is really ~ kind. And in 다산 building I have speech&writing class(Mrs. Karber, TA 이지윤). I like to post things in my blog so I also like this class. And I like our TA because she is very kind to us an she is very pretty!

                                                               Now, I will introduce my fourth picture^^. This is the picture of class 5,6,7,8 in the presentation competition. We did presentation competition on monday in 다산 building at 7'o clock. I got the water(what I have in the picture) in the gym. The girl next to me is in class 6 but I don't know her well because she is in different class with me. The girl with glasses infront of me is 지현. She is in our class and she always wear north face jackets.^^

This is the picture of one man. What is he doing? He is cleaning the snow infront of 다산 building. On January 20th, there were lots and lots of snow in KMLA. This man is cleaning the snow to make students safer. I don't know him well but I think he is a staff because usually TAs and PAs usually don't clean snow. They usually help students in study or in dorm.




This is a picture of our dormitory. Boys live in 2,3,4th floor and girls live in 6,7,8th floor. 12th floor is cafeteria and 11th floor is study room. There is a nurses office in 1st floor. I stay in 6th floor. I have 5 roommates. Our room PA is 김서영 PA. I like her because she is really kind and friendly to us. And I also like my roommates.

The girl in the front of this picture is me. Our photo PA took this picture when we went to ski class. I bought my ski clothes just a month ago so it is very big for me. The girl behind me who wears purple jacket is my friend Yuna. She is in same class with me, class 5. I normally like ski but I don't like ski in here because I have some headaches and it is too cold in here.

Disney's Frozen Official Trailer

Movie review : Frozen

                     

                                                                                      

       Good morning everyone. My name is Youn Seo Lee. Today I would like to write a movie review. Last Friday, I saw a movie called 'Frozen'. It was a fantasy animation movie made by Dizney. It was made in 2013 and it was directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. 
       Now, I will tell you guys the characters in the movie. There is Elsa, who has a magic power. She is always worried if she will hurt Anna again. And this is why she doesn't like to play with Anna. Anna is younger sister of Elsa. She wants to play with Elsa but Elsa doesn't play with her. She thinks that Hans is her true love. Kristoff is a guy that helps Anna to find Elsa. He brings Anna to Pabbie and to Hans. Olaf is a snowman made by Elsa. He wants summer but he doesn't know that he will melt in summer. Hans is a prince that pretends to love Anna. And he is very handsome. Pabbie is a grandfather troll that cures Anna when she was a baby. He also tells Anna that she can only be cured with her true love's act.
         Now, I will talk about the plot of this movie. When Anna and Elsa was young Elsa mistakenly frozen Anna's head. From then, Elsa doesn't meet Anna because she doesn't want to hurt Anna again. Unfortunately, the king and queen are dead so Elsa became a queen. On the ceremony, Anna met Hans and fell in love with him. Anna wanted to marry with Hans so she asked Elsa but she said no because it was just their first time to meet. Anna take off Elsa's glove and Elsa couldn't control the power so she made a ice. And she ran away to the mountain and build a castle. Anna went to find Elsa and she met Hans. Hans helped Anna to find Elsa. They founded Elsa but Elsa don't meet them. Elsa mistakenly frozen Anna's heart and Pabbie says that only to the loves act can cure it. Kristoff thought Anna's true love is Hans and take her to him but Hans refused to kiss her and left her in a cold room. Hans tried to kill Elsa to be a king, but Anna stoped her and she was frozen. But, when Elsa hugged her and cried and Anna was unfrozen. And they lived happily ever after. This is the end of the plot of Frozen.
        Finally, I will tell you guys my opinion about this movie. I thought that Anna's true love was Kristoff  but because it was Elsa I was quiet surprised. At the beginning of the movie, I thought Hans was a person with no bad minds.But, because he betrayed Anna I don't like him. And I also want to have a magic power like Elsa and build a ice castle. The lessons that we can learn from this movie it that even tho others are different from us, do not think that they are strange. In this movie, Elsa was very different from others. She had a magic power that makes things ice. So, she was very lonely and sad all the times. However, I think no people are same in this world. So, even if we look at a person who is strange or special a bit we should not see them in strange ways because they also have feelings. I think this movie is very fun and it can give chilidren a good lesson. If this movie premiere in other version I really want to see this movie one more time!

   

My favorite actor and actress

Today, I would like to talk about my favorite actor and actress.

My favorite actor is Orlando Bloom.
He acted Legolas in the lord of the rings.
He  is my favorite actor because he is very good at acting and also he is very handsome.



My favorite actress is Emma Watson.
She acted Harmonie in Harry potter.
I like her because she is very pretty and pits well with Harmonie.

And I also like both the lord of the rings and Harry potter.

I hope they will success as a best actor.

GLPS camp in KMLA

I went to GLPS camp in KMLA. I am staying in here for three weeks. I like all the PA and TA teachers because they are very kind and friendly to us. But they are sometimes very scary too^^.
Among the activities we have done, I like Kendo the most. I want to learn Kendo in academy. And I also like vision quest times. I like vision quest because we can see lots of videos that are related to KMLA and we can talk freely with out PA teacher. We did popsong contest on saturday. I was so sad because our class only had 1 hour to practice for the contest. Our song was Good time. I really liked this song. We made a dance by ourself and practiced it. Unfortunetly, we didn't get a prize. But, I wasn't sad that much because I already knew that we would not be able to  get a prize^^. The winner was class 8. I hope the left days in the camp will be happy and want to be healthy for all the left days^^. Fighting!!!

Introduces me~!!!

My name is Youn Seo Lee. And I live in Guri, South Korea. My favorite subject is history and I like to travel to other countries. I have no sibling but I am not very lonely even I am in home alone. My hobby is to play flute and I like to go to amusement parks. There are three amusement parks in Korea. Lotte World, Seoul Land, and Ever land. Among those, amusement parks I like Lotte world the most because it's very near my house and there are many things to buy.
